For nearly 20 years we have been in the business of guiding people on a journey towards greater awareness of the wonder that is the human body. Our focus has been on teaching movement, and on how a greater awareness of ones movement patterns, coupled with new skills or tools, can bring people to a place from which they can make more educated choices that enhance their health.
In a world where everything moves so fast, and convenience and lack of knowledge makes most of our choices, we have decided to branch out and see if we can provide some information on subjects that impact our health and well being, often on a daily basis. We are not, and do not claim to be, experts in any of these fields. We have simply put time into researching some subjects that we found were impacting us, and found the experts in those fields to speak on the subjects to which they have devoted their lives.
